About The Position
We are seeking exceptional customer service and sales-oriented Leasing Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate will be motivated, have an outgoing personality, and possess excellent organization and phone etiquette skills. This position requires regular travel between assigned properties and other work locations to perform essential job duties, including conducting property tours, assisting with resident move-ins and move-outs, completing unit and property inspections, and providing onsite support as needed. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between assigned locations throughout the workday.

- Self-motivated, high energy leasing professional with proven ability to close

- Prior apartment leasing experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet residents and prospective residents, providing superior customer service
- Qualify, determine needs and preferences, and professionally present our community
- Answer incoming telephone calls and handle accordingly
- Ensure show quality office, models, and amenities each day
- Conduct market surveys and regularly shop competition
- Participate in ongoing resident relations and functions
- Accept service requests from residents and route to the service department for prompt processing
- Enter all traffic and telephone calls and other daily activity into the computer
