About The Position
We are seeking an Assistant Community Property Manager to oversee multiple apartment communities. This position requires regular travel between assigned properties and other work locations to perform essential job duties, including conducting property tours, assisting with resident move-ins and move-outs, completing unit and property inspections, and providing onsite support as needed. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between assigned locations throughout the workday. Assist in managing all operations of the property to ensure it is functioning in an efficient manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, make decisions, and meet deadlines
- Detailed oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on the daily needs of the facility
- Good people skills, including patience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of building systems and building codes
- Reliable transportation
- Able to travel between assigned locations throughout the workday
