Requirements

1+ year of sales and customer service experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment (property management, hospitality, retail, customer service, or restaurant industries).
Demonstrated ability to follow a sales process and convert prospects into customers.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities.
Flexible availability, including weekends and seasonal business needs.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

Follow AIR's proven sales process, including prospect follow-up, appointment setting, community tours, and lease conversions.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals and performance expectations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for prospects and residents.
Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the resident journey, from initial inquiry through move-in.
Support marketing and outreach initiatives that drive traffic and leasing activity.
Provide leasing support across AIR communities as needed.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.

Base Pay Rate of $20.00 - $22.00 per hour + Competitive Commissions
