Ironwood Apartments is seeking a professional, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join their team. The company offers outstanding apartment homes and amenities, and the Leasing Consultant will be a key part of providing an exceptional resident experience, serving as the first impression for prospective residents and supporting current residents with professionalism and care.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of apartment leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability required
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- Section 42 Tax Credit experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Tour apartment homes and showcase community amenities to prospective residents
- Assist with leasing activities, applications, and resident file processing
- Prepare move-in documentation and support the move-in process
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Build positive resident relationships and contribute to resident retention
- Support occupancy goals through effective sales and follow-up techniques
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
