About The Position

Are you a people person with a passion for customer service and sales? Tarantino Properties is looking for energetic Leasing Consultants to help prospective residents find their next home while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
• Experience with property management software required: OneSite / Knock / BlueMoon
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Spanish-speaking is a plus
• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups
• Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records
• Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports
• Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks
• Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed
