About The Position

Join the team at Lake Johnson Mews in Raleigh, North Carolina, as a Leasing Representative and help create a welcoming, high-performing apartment community. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and enjoys building relationships with prospective and current residents. The Leasing Representative manages the leasing process, supports resident service, and helps maintain the community’s presentation and occupancy goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales, leasing, or hospitality experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized, with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours as needed.
• Willingness to work at multiple properties if required.

Nice To Haves

• Yardi or CRM experience.
• College degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects, residents, and guests.
• Conduct tours, highlight community features, and close leases to meet occupancy goals.
• Manage applications, verifications, move-ins, renewals, and move-outs.
• Communicate daily with prospects and follow up using CRM tools.
• Provide resident service and coordinate with maintenance on service requests.
• Keep models, common areas, and vacant units market-ready and presentable.
• Complete leasing paperwork, collect deposits and rent, and prepare required reports.
• Assist with community events, marketing initiatives, and market surveys.
• Uphold policies, laws, and regulations, including Fair Housing and ADA requirements.
