Requirements
- 2 years of apartment industry experience preferred
- Proven success in sales, customer service, hospitality, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Weekend availability required
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
Responsibilities
- Tour the community and apartments with prospective residents
- Showcase amenities and promote the benefits of community living
- Assist with application processing and leasing paperwork
- Prepare move-in documentation and coordinate resident onboarding
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong prospect relationships
- Support property marketing and resident retention efforts
- Assist with day-to-day office operations as needed
