Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or property management preferred
  • Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Leasing apartment homes and delivering superior customer service to both prospects and residents.
  • Marketing the community, conducting tours, managing the application and lease process, and supporting resident satisfaction to help the property meet its occupancy and retention goals.
  • Greeting visitors and prospective residents professionally; provide property information, conduct tours, and identify prospect needs and preferences.
  • Performing leasing activities through phone, online, and in-person interactions, and managing prospect lead follow-up per company standards.
  • Assisting with processing lease applications, preparing documentation, and coordinating move-in schedules and materials.
  • Building and maintaining positive resident relationships through responsive, high-quality customer service.
  • Supporting daily property operations, including routine community inspections and monitoring of shared amenities.
