About The Position

Copper Pointe Apartments is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team in Knoxville, TN. If you enjoy working with people, delivering excellent customer service, and helping others find their next home, we want to hear from you. No prior leasing experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Candidates with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, or administrative support are encouraged to apply. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
No prior leasing experience required; training provided
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Basic computer and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work Saturdays as needed

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, or office support preferred

Responsibilities

Tour apartment homes and community amenities with prospective residents
Build relationships with prospects and guide them through the leasing process
Convert leads into signed leases through strong customer service and follow-up
Answer phones, respond to emails and online inquiries, and follow up promptly
Maintain leasing traffic, resident files, and property records accurately
Assist with applications, lease paperwork, and move-in coordination
Ensure model apartments and vacant units are clean and ready to show
Support resident retention efforts, community outreach, and marketing initiatives
Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
