About The Position

Peak is looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Leasing Professional to join our team at our beautiful 200+ unit properties, Beckwith Place, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must be able to demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to customer's need by communicating features and benefits to close the sale.

Requirements

• Previous leasing experience
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing
• Enjoy customer service and working with the public
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
