About The Position

River Terrace Apartments, in the heart of Eugene, embodies the conveniences and luxuries of apartment living. This picturesque, 280 unit garden-style community overlooks Eugene’s Delta ponds and is only moments away from the Willamette River walking trails. The desirable amenity package offers variety, relaxation, and invigoration all within the 17-acre community. The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience with an emphasis on sales. Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

Requirements

Prior sales experience is strongly preferred, especially in upselling environments such as retail (shoes, phones, cars), insurance, or restaurants
A demonstrated ability to build rapport and engage with people.
Administrative experience (office work, call centers, data entry) is welcome, though sales experience is preferred
Non-traditional backgrounds are encouraged to apply if you’ve shown outreach and relationship-building skills through sports teams, campus organizations, or volunteer work
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions
A high level of professionalism in both manner and dress

Nice To Haves

experience with property management software (Yardi/OneSite) desired but not required

Responsibilities

Conducting prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours, and closing leases
Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers
Researching comps for marketing and advertising purposes
Planning and executing community events
Following up with prospects by phone and email to convert leads into leases
Using social media and internet platforms to market available units
Driving lease renewals
Responding to resident concerns
