Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service, sales, hospitality, leasing, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Weekend availability as needed
• Outgoing, friendly, and confident
• Professional, dependable, and positive
• Organized and able to multitask
• Motivated by goals and performance
• Strong communicator who enjoys working with people
• Passionate about customer service and hospitality

Responsibilities

• Tour prospective residents and help them find their future home
• Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails
• Build relationships with students, residents, and guests
• Help drive leasing, renewal, and occupancy goals
• Support resident events, move-ins, move-outs, and daily operations
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the resident journey
