About The Position

As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of apartment rentals within a 660-unit community. This includes attracting and assessing potential residents, completing lease documentation, and handling move-in procedures. Your direct interaction with both prospective and current residents will be crucial for the success of the community.

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience required
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff
• Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service

• Leasing or sales experience is a plus
