About The Position

Peak Management is seeking a "ROCKSTAR" Leasing Professional to join their team at a community of 650+ units in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will enjoy customer service, working with the public, and have a proven track record in leasing. This role requires full-time presence at Wade Manor, with the ability to commute to The Park & Poet Place as needed. A solid understanding of Fair Housing is essential, as is the ability to effectively communicate product knowledge and close sales. Bilingual skills are a plus, and reliable transportation is a must. Requirements

Leasing experience.
Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
Ability to demonstrate community and apartment/model knowledge.
Ability to communicate features and benefits to close the sale.
Reliable transportation.
Must be able to work Full Time at Wade Manor.
Must be able to commute to tour at The Park & Poet Place (as needed).
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Ability to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
