Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong sales or customer service background required
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and office-ready attire
• Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
• Ability to walk property grounds, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs
• Saturday availability required

Nice To Haves

• Leasing experience preferred
• Bilingual a plus but not required
• Entrata and social media (Facebook, Instagram) experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Tour, lease, and renew apartments
• Prepare and maintain model units
• Maintain accurate property and resident files
• Respond to resident inquiries courteously and promptly
• Execute leasing paperwork and application screening
• Perform daily inspections and support marketing efforts
• Uphold Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards
