Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Leasing experience required
• Professional appearance and office-appropriate attire
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to walk properties frequently, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25lbs
• Availability to work Saturdays

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual a plus (not required)
• Experience with Entrata and social media (Facebook, Instagram) preferred
• Positive, dependable, and detail-oriented team player

Responsibilities

• Complete lease agreements and collect rental deposits
• Ensure model units are tour-ready and presentable
• Maintain accurate resident and property files
• Stay knowledgeable on lease terms, rental rates, and property amenities
• Apply effective leasing and telephone techniques
• Process applications and screening requirements
• Conduct daily property inspections for readiness
• Partner with local businesses for marketing and outreach
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident needs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
