Requirements

Strong sales and customer service experience.
Organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
Experience with Google and Microsoft Office Suites.
Excellent follow-up skills via email and phone.
Attention to detail.
Prior experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Possession of a valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

Manage the sales process from start to finish.
Be the first impression and interaction that future residents experience.
Make a lasting and welcoming first impression through phone calls, emails, video chats, and in-person leasing tours.
Provide information, schedule visits, give tours, and determine resident eligibility.
Deliver remarkable service and enhance the resident experience.
Work quickly to close leases to meet acceptable closing ratios.
Seek to understand current and future resident needs, provide solutions, overcome objections, and build relationships.
Accurately explain all features of the community including amenities, apartment availability, rent and pricing information, lease agreements, policies, and more.
Follow-up with future and new residents to ensure satisfaction by sending e-mail, thank-you notes, or making telephone calls or other contacts to finalize decisions to lease and/or renew.
Complete all lease-related paperwork for new residents and renewals (i.e., applications, lease agreements and addenda, employment and credit checks, and move-in packets) with confidentiality and professionalism.
Collect security deposits, rent, and all other funds associated with resident move-ins.
Support the overall marketing efforts and offer input and suggestions regarding promotions, advertisements, etc.
Gather information about markets, competition, etc., and prepare competitive survey reports to analyze the real estate market trends and conditions in the area.
Ensure that we are leaving a remarKable impression through regular inspections of the community, tour path, vacant and model units.
Understand and comply with Fair Housing Laws and practices.
Maintain open and effective communication with team members and leaders.
Be a key player in creating resident events, fostering relationships, and thinking of outside-of-the-box ways to elevate their living experience.
Understand the resident's needs and responding to those needs promptly and professionally.
Take ownership and elevate resident concerns, if necessary, to the appropriate people who can help.
Help build relationships with local businesses to attract future residents through outreach marketing efforts.
Attend and participate in training as required.
Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
