Requirements

At least one year of experience doing similar or equivalent duties.
A high school education or equivalent.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Willingness and desire to learn new skills.
Successful completion of a background check.
Successful completion of a drug screening.
Possession of a valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

Ensure that all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris.
Help with the make-ready process of the apartment homes by removing trash, painting, cleaning, etc.
Assist in routine community inspections.
Complete groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting and repairs, irrigation tasks, and pool upkeep tasks as directed by the Service Manager.
Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
