Requirements

Sales or customer service experience required
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Positive, energetic, and goal-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Nice To Haves

Apartment leasing experience preferred but not required
Experience with Entrata or similar property management software is a plus
Social media marketing experience is a plus
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities across multiple communities
Respond to phone, email, text, and online leasing inquiries
Build relationships with prospective residents and close leases
Process applications, lease paperwork, renewals, and resident files
Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
Help implement marketing and outreach initiatives
Maintain model apartments, leasing offices, and tour routes
Support resident events and community engagement activities
Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents
Travel between assigned communities as needed to support leasing efforts
