Requirements

Prior customer service experience required
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel between communities
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Strong sales focus with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

leasing or sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the apartment rental process, from attracting and qualifying prospective residents to completing lease documentation and move-in procedures
Build rapport with prospective and current residents through professional, responsive communication
Support multiple communities while delivering a consistent, high-quality resident experience
Partner with community teams to achieve occupancy goals and maintain strong resident relationships
Balance a sales-focused approach with a commitment to service, integrity, and attention to detail
