About The Position

As a Leasing Professional, you are a key player in attracting and retaining residents. You’ll guide prospects through the leasing process, maintain high occupancy rates, and help build strong resident relationships that drive renewal and satisfaction. Weekend work is required. Bilingual preferred.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (required).
  • 1+ years of experience working in a Class A community required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a high-volume setting.
  • Understanding of Fair Housing laws (training provided if needed).

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Familiarity with Yardi, Yieldstar, Microsoft Office, and Canva (a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospects and match them with the right apartment home.
  • Conduct property tours, highlight features, and communicate pricing updates (via Yieldstar).
  • Follow up on leads daily using Yardi; schedule and manage appointments.
  • Support lease renewals by identifying at-risk residents and encouraging retention.
  • Create marketing content using Canva and post on social media platforms.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Address resident concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Support resident satisfaction programs and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws; complete all required training.
  • Prepare lease documents, track renewals, and maintain accurate resident records.
  • Organize renewal offers, events, and special outreach to boost renewal rates.
  • Manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keep lease files, communication logs, and marketing reports current and accurate.
  • Collaborate with site and regional teams to meet leasing goals.
