About The Position

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to join our team at Saddle Brook Apartments in Dallas. We're looking for someone with strong sales and customer service skills who can build relationships, follow up effectively, and help turn prospects into residents while providing an exceptional experience.

Requirements

• Apartment leasing experience strongly preferred
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport and confidently ask for the lease
• Professional, engaging, and dependable
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Yardi Voyager or property management software experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Flexibility to work the property's leasing schedule, including weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective and current residents
• Conduct apartment tours and showcase available homes and amenities
• Guide prospects through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in
• Follow up consistently with prospects and help drive occupancy
• Prepare lease documents and maintain accurate records
• Use Yardi Voyager and CRM tools to manage leasing activity
• Support resident retention and overall property performance
• Maintain a welcoming and professional leasing environment
