About The Position

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking individuals interested in a career in property management for future Leasing Professional opportunities at Woodlake Apartments. This role involves being the first point of contact for prospective residents, supporting the leasing process, and providing excellent customer service. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or other people-focused roles is beneficial, even if new to property management. Qualified candidates will be contacted by the Talent Acquisition team as opportunities arise.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents, visitors, and callers
• Conduct apartment tours and showcase available homes and community amenities
• Build relationships with prospects and follow up on their interest
• Assist with applications, lease documentation, and the leasing process
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident information
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents
• Support the onsite team in maintaining a welcoming and professional community
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
