Brookside Properties is hiring a Temporary Part-Time Leasing Professional at Veranda at The Ridge in Chattanooga, TN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing exceptional customer service, and helping others find their next home. It is a temporary, part-time position with an immediate opening.
Requirements
- Customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Availability to work Saturdays

- Leasing experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Welcome prospective residents and conduct community tours
- Assist with leasing applications, paperwork, and resident files
- Follow up with prospects and help maintain occupancy
- Market the community and maintain the leasing office and model
- Provide excellent service to current and future residents
