The ideal candidate will enjoy customer service, working with the public, and have leasing experience with a solid understanding of Fair Housing. This role requires the ability to demonstrate community and apartment knowledge, communicate features and benefits to close sales, and commute to different properties as needed. - Ability to demonstrate community and apartment/model knowledge
