This is a sales position where you will work quickly to close leases while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service. You will be the at-home expert, accurately explaining community features, amenities, availability, rent, pricing, lease agreements, and policies. You will follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction, complete lease-related paperwork, and collect funds. You will also support marketing efforts, gather market information, and ensure a remarkable impression through regular inspections. Understanding and complying with Fair Housing Laws is essential. Communication with team members and leaders is key. You will help build relationships with local businesses through outreach marketing efforts.
