Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents and current residents, serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and residents.
- Guide prospects through the leasing process, including handling paperwork for apartment applications and leases.
- Collaborate with property management staff in managing relationships with vendors providing services to the community.
- Communicate effectively with grounds and maintenance teams to ensure timely and complete resident work orders.
- Adapt to a dynamic work environment where job duties may change frequently.
