You don’t fold when the office gets slammed, the phones won’t stop ringing, and three residents walk in needing something immediately. You handle it. Requirements

  • Leasing, hospitality, retail sales, or customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills and confidence with people
  • Someone competitive enough to chase goals but mature enough to work as a team
  • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask under pressure
  • Professional presence and strong follow-through
  • Someone who thinks like an owner, not just an hourly employee

Responsibilities

  • Leasing apartments and driving occupancy
  • Following up relentlessly with prospects
  • Delivering tours that feel personal, not scripted
  • Managing resident relationships from move-in to renewal
  • Handling resident concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Supporting marketing and outreach efforts
  • Keeping the office organized and operating at a high level
  • Working closely with maintenance and management to protect the resident experience
