About The Position

LV Collective is seeking an energetic, organized, and passionate Leasing Professional for their Paseo - Austin, TX location. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong sales and marketing skills, and is a natural leader. This role is crucial for driving successful leasing velocity through sharp, forward-thinking leasing and marketing strategies. The Leasing Manager will work closely with the Community Manager on all property aspects, including building and leading the on-site team. The perfect candidate is a great listener, a skilled closer with a high conversion ratio, stays ahead of market trends by stalking competitors, brings innovative ideas, is fun, outgoing, creative, a team player, a clear-headed problem solver, organized, efficient, and understands social media strategy. They have a 'Get Stuff Done' (GSD) attitude.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Entrata.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Can-do attitude; willing to work outside your job description
  • Skilled multi-tasker and self starter with strong time management skills
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and ask for direction when needed

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Hubspot, Asana, Later.com and Google Survey is a bonus.
