About The Position

Wimmer Communities is seeking a Leasing Professional for their open Project Manager Position. This role offers a fast pace with room for growth in a fun and welcoming workplace. Each leasing professional is assigned a dedicated Property Management Specialist for training and support.

Responsibilities

• Impart high-quality customer service and assist with conflict resolution
• Schedule and conduct tours to prospective residents and earn commission
• Understand and explain lease documents and leasing qualifications to prospective and current residents
• Become familiar with all online sources of advertising for Wimmer Communities’ Properties
• Responsible for basic office administration including data entry, filing, and answering the telephones
• Provide leasing reports as directed by the property manager
• Maintaining the overall appearance of the leasing office, clubhouse, and property amenities
