About The Position

The Richdale Apartments are seeking bright, ambitious individuals to join their leasing team. This role involves driving day-to-day leasing goals and supporting overall occupancy objectives. Key responsibilities include greeting and engaging with prospective residents through various channels (phone, email, in-person), conducting property tours, and effectively closing leasing opportunities. The professional will also be responsible for performing timely follow-ups with prospects to maintain engagement and maximize conversions, and preparing and completing all leasing documentation accurately and efficiently. The position offers a wonderful growth opportunity into Property Management.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
Professional appearance with a friendly, engaging personality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Consistently demonstrates a positive, team-oriented attitude
Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals
Willingness to work weekends with scheduled days off during the week
