About The Position

The Richdale Apartments are seeking bright, ambitious individuals to join their leasing team. This role involves driving day-to-day leasing goals and supporting overall occupancy objectives. Responsibilities include greeting and engaging with prospective residents via phone, email, and in person, conducting property tours, effectively closing leasing opportunities, performing timely follow-ups to maintain engagement and maximize conversions, and preparing and completing all leasing documentation accurately and efficiently. The position offers wonderful growth opportunity into Property Management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Professional appearance with a friendly, engaging personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consistently demonstrates a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Willingness to work weekends with scheduled days off during the week
