This dynamic role involves sales, onsite future resident management, marketing, customer service, and relationship building. As the 'First Friendly Face' and an 'At-Home Expert,' you will manage the sales process from start to finish, be the brand ambassador for the community, and make a lasting first impression through various communication channels. You will provide information, schedule visits, give tours, determine resident eligibility, and enhance the resident experience with a hospitality-driven attitude. This sales-focused position requires meeting closing ratios while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service. You will understand resident needs, provide solutions, overcome objections, and build relationships by accurately explaining community features, amenities, availability, pricing, and lease terms. Following up with residents to ensure satisfaction, completing lease-related paperwork confidentially and professionally, and collecting payments are key duties. You will also support marketing efforts, gather market intelligence, and prepare competitive survey reports. Regular inspections of the community, tour path, and units are necessary to ensure a remarkable impression. Compliance with Fair Housing Laws is essential. As a 'Relationship Builder,' you will maintain open communication with team members and leaders, assist in creating resident events, foster relationships, and think of innovative ways to elevate the living experience. You will act as a servant-leader, promptly and professionally responding to resident needs, escalating concerns when necessary, and building relationships with local businesses for outreach marketing.
