Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily leasing experience required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• English proficiency required
• Reliable transportation
• Proven ability to close leases
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and strong listening skills

Nice To Haves

• Additional languages such as Arabic, Pashto, and Urdu are a plus
• Tax Credit knowledge is a plus
• Experience with OneSite, ActiveBuilding, Blue Moon, and Funnel preferred
• Social media experience is a plus
• Hospitality experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Generate new leases and renewals
• Conduct local marketing to attract prospects
• Connect with prospects, schedule tours, and follow up consistently
• Tour the community and present apartment homes using strong product knowledge
• Process applications, including credit/background screening
• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents
