Fortiva ResidentialSt. Petersburg, FL

About The Position

Energetic. Driven. Ready to grow with us. We're hiring at one of our smaller communities, and this role has serious runway. Fortiva Residential is a property management company building apartment communities residents are proud to call home. We move fast, we keep our promises, and we believe great communities are built by great people. Our team is dynamic, results-driven, and genuinely invested in each other's success. What we stand for: keeping our word, treating residents with respect, maintaining clean and welcoming communities, and solving problems the right way — the first time. The Opportunity You'll run the leasing office at Atlas at Bay Point, a 136-unit community currently stabilized at 84 occupied units while 52 units undergo post-hurricane reconstruction. Within the next 12 months, we'll be kicking off a full lease-up of those rebuilt units — meaning you'll be on the front lines of one of the most exciting chapters in this property's history. If you've ever wanted to point at a full community and say "I leased that up," this is your shot. You'll be the primary face of the community, partnering closely with your on-site maintenance team, your Regional Manager, and corporate support.
