About The Position

The Leasing Manager initiates and coordinates all phases of apartment leasing. The primary objective is to assist the property in generating satisfactory cash flow, compliance with any regulated affordable housing program, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention. The Leasing Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent client service. This is a full-time role where the Leasing Manager will play a key role in making the leasing process smooth and enjoyable for future residents.

Previous leasing or sales experience is required.

Foster strong relationships with prospective and current residents.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Address resident concerns promptly.
