Leasing Consultant (Lease Up)
About The Position
Some companies call them “Leasing Agents” or “Leasing Consultants,” but at Prometheus our Neighbor Ambassadors do so much more. As a Neighbor Ambassador, your role is a constant blend of Customer Service, Sales, and Administration. You will be responsible for ensuring Neighbors feel at HOME, ridiculously well-cared for and genuinely proud to live in our Neighborhoods. You will guide community members through our Ultimate Leasing Experience, making renting easy. Administrative tasks include creating Neighborhood reports, conducting market surveys, preparing rental agreements, and posting apartment advertisements. This role is busy, offering new challenges and opportunities for growth daily. You will be empowered to solve problems creatively and supported by a team that shares this approach. This is an entry-level opportunity for those passionate about people and seeking a long-term career.
