About The Position

The Leasing Manager is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue growth, resident retention, and overall leasing performance at Lofts at 2025. This role leads all leasing and marketing efforts, manages the leasing team, ensures exceptional customer service, and maintains a strong presence within the local market. The Leasing Manager serves as the property's sales leader and is accountable for achieving leasing goals while delivering an outstanding prospect and resident experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of multifamily leasing experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Strong sales and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Experience using property management software such as AppFolio, Yardi, Entrata, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Experience in luxury, mixed-use, or Class A multifamily communities.
  • Social media marketing and digital advertising experience.
  • Knowledge of revenue management and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Conduct property tours and effectively present apartment homes, amenities, and community features.
  • Follow up with prospects through phone, email, text, and CRM systems.
  • Manage lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Monitor leasing traffic, closing ratios, and leasing performance metrics.
  • Ensure timely processing of applications, approvals, and move-ins.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market conditions and competitor activity.
  • Supervise, train, coach, and develop leasing consultants and front office staff.
  • Conduct regular leasing meetings and sales training sessions.
  • Establish leasing goals and hold team members accountable for performance.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and customer-focused team culture.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase traffic and occupancy.
  • Manage online listings, social media platforms, ILS advertisements, and reputation management.
  • Coordinate resident referral programs and outreach marketing initiatives.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, employers, universities, and community organizations.
  • Organize resident events, open houses, and promotional activities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents.
  • Assist with resident retention efforts and lease renewals.
  • Address resident concerns and resolve issues professionally.
  • Support community engagement initiatives and resident satisfaction programs.
  • Maintain accurate records within AppFolio and other property management systems.
  • Prepare weekly leasing reports, traffic reports, and occupancy updates.
  • Monitor lease expirations and renewal opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
  • Assist with budgeting and revenue management initiatives.
