The Role The Leasing Manager is a dynamic leader who not only sets ambitious goals but consistently achieves and exceeds them. In collaboration with the General Manager, you will develop and execute sales strategies, lead and coach the leasing team, and drive revenue performance across the community. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can see the big picture, analyze performance metrics, and implement actionable solutions that maximize occupancy and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in residential property management sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and occupancy goals
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed occupancy and revenue targets
  • Lead, coach, and mentor leasing team members to improve closing ratios and overall sales performance
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting strategies as needed
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery to residents, prospects, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Oversee leasing efforts including prospect engagement, follow-up, and conversion
  • Collaborate with leadership to align marketing and sales initiatives with business goals
  • Foster a positive, high-performance team culture
