About The Position

Peak Management is seeking a "ROCKSTAR" Leasing Manager to join their team at the Town & Country Apartments, a 600+ unit property in Urbana, Illinois. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, enjoy working with the public, and be skilled in building and maintaining tenant rapport to promote retention. This role requires prior experience in developing and implementing marketing plans to increase occupancy, strong technical skills in budget preparation, reporting, leasing, and operations, and a keen attention to detail. The Leasing Manager will oversee, direct, and mentor the leasing team to meet departmental goals and ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws. A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are mandatory.

Requirements

• Prior experience developing and implementing marketing plans to increase occupancy.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Strong technical skills in budget preparation, reporting, leasing, and operations.
• Attention to detail is essential.
