About The Position

Burlington Capital Properties manages quality homes at Rising View, a Bellevue/Offutt community. We are seeking a friendly, customer service-oriented Leasing Manager which plays a vital role supporting our troops and their families to find them housing that fits their needs. This full-time position requires availability Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. There is an occasional Saturday or evening hours requirement, but not without advance notice for planning purposes.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills required
Minimum two years of supervisory experience required
Basic math and bookkeeping skills required
Proficient computer skills to perform essential functions
Ability to follow directives with minimal supervision
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
Excellent follow-up, follow through and organizational skills
High School Graduate or Equivalent required
Must have a basic understanding of the English language and be able to communicate with coworkers, vendors, and the general public
Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record may be required

Nice To Haves

Minimum five years previous general office/leasing experience preferred
Knowledge and/or experience of the military culture preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct activities related to leasing homes such as administrative duties and document preparation, meeting with prospective residents and coordinating leasing activities with the HMO office
Trains, motivates and supervises leasing staff in order to achieve occupancy goals
Provide excellent customer service to residents, including coordinating all steps of the move in process as regulated by specific resident situations
Participate in resident events and promotions
Responsible for the development, maintenance and monitoring of social media and the internet for marketing purposes
Act as a community representative by conveying the benefits of the community to existing and potential residents
Must be a positive Ambassador of the Rising View Community at all times
