Requirements

• A results-driven mindset and passion for helping people
• Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Availability to work weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Valid driver’s license required as driving is an essential job function

Nice To Haves

• Experience in apartment leasing, property management, sales, retail, or hospitality is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartment homes to prospective residents while achieving leasing, occupancy, and revenue goals.
• Guide prospects through tours, applications, and move-ins while providing responsive, relationship-driven service that builds long-term resident satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with residents and prospects while representing the community in a professional and welcoming way.
• Participate in advertising efforts, social media engagement, and local outreach to attract prospective residents and increase community visibility.
• Work toward leasing goals in a results-oriented environment with a commission structure that rewards performance.
