About The Position

The ideal Rack Beauty Concierge enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role involves sharing a love of beauty trends and product knowledge with customers, keeping the customer experience quick, easy, and fun while helping them find great deals. Responsibilities also include maintaining the sales floor's cleanliness and organization, completing inventory processes, and ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed. Additionally, the role requires defusing customer situations and providing timely resolutions, as well as working with the team to keep the sales floor ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening.
