About The Position

TI Communities is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead and inspire the leasing team at Portola Del Sol Apartment Homes. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment and driving leasing performance. TI Communities focuses on managing workforce housing and providing enrichment programs for residents, aiming to create a better life for both employees and residents. The ideal candidate will have multifamily experience, a proven sales track record, and the ability to motivate a team.

Requirements

• Multifamily experience
• At least 2 years experience as a leasing consultant
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
• Possess the ability to inspire and engage their team
• Has proven track record of sales achievements
• Ability to travel to all 3 of our sites in the area as needed
• Multifamily leasing experience with a proven sales track record
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and engage a team
• Strong customer service mindset with leadership presence
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
• Comfort with property management technology

Nice To Haves

• Entrata experience a plus
• Bilingual Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the leasing team to deliver exceptional results and service
• Create welcoming first impressions and meaningful resident connections
• Drive leasing performance through tours, follow-up, and sales excellence
• Oversee the full leasing lifecycle from inquiry to move-in
• Maintain strong curb appeal and ensure leasing readiness of vacant homes
• Partner with the Property Manager on occupancy strategy and community goals
• Build community pride through events, outreach, and resident engagement
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and company policies
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for residents, prospects, and partners
