About The Position

We’re hiring two Leasing Managers to lead leasing operations across luxury apartment communities. This role focuses on leasing performance, marketing execution, and day -to -day operations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of leasing experience; 1–2 years in a luxury community
• Experience with Yardi, RealPage, or similar systems
• Proven track record driving leasing performance and occupancy

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing activity from tour through move -in
• Track and drive traffic, conversion, and occupancy metrics
• Execute marketing and outreach initiatives
• Partner with maintenance to uphold community standards
• Handle resident concerns and escalations
