The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for actively soliciting business to achieve occupancy and rental goals, marketing the property through various channels, and accurately preparing and administering all leasing activities. This role also involves assisting with market studies, ensuring high resident satisfaction, maintaining the physical asset, and planning community activities. The consultant will work collaboratively with staff to model excellent resident service standards, manage equipment and supplies responsibly, adhere to cost controls, and maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with regulations. Additionally, the position requires knowledge of emergency procedures, effective self-management, clear communication skills, and adherence to company policies and Fair Housing laws.
