Requirements

Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with standard office equipment and software, including MSOffice suite
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for market surveys and community functions
High school diploma level of education or above

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in apartment complex management is preferred but not required.
1+ years of apartment complex management experience preferred

Responsibilities

Meet with future residents to understand their needs and preferences, and present the community and lofts that perfectly match their desires.
Respond professionally and promptly to all inquiries, ensuring a seamless leasing process.
Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the community.
Comply with all Fair Housing laws.
Ensure leasing office and common areas meet the highest quality and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with residents, future residents, visitors, vendors, and team members, providing top-notch customer service.
Assist in generating and distributing notices.
Maintain organized work environments.
Prepare leases.
Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs.
Document all communications and ensure smooth operations.
