Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Proficient in basic office tasks and multitasking in a busy environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the on-site Community Manager to manage the property efficiently.
- Meet with prospective residents, residents, vendors, and all guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Serve as the first impression in our Leasing Office, creating a positive experience for all visitors.
- Provide excellent customer service and offer creative ideas for effective marketing/leasing plans.
- Implement plans in accordance with Section 42 Guidelines, The Fair Housing Act, and RichSmith Policies and Procedures.
- Handle basic office tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, faxing, and answering telephones.
