About The Position

Weinstein Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant for their Bexley Westshore community in Cumming, GA. This role is ideal for individuals with a flexible schedule, offering an alternative work arrangement with competitive hourly rates starting at $20/hour, plus quarterly bonuses and an additional bonus for the alternative schedule. The company, owned and operated by the Weinstein family for over 70 years, manages over 60 apartment communities across multiple states and emphasizes a hands-on approach and customer experience. They invest in training talent from the ground up, valuing drive, a great attitude, and a desire to serve people over prior industry experience. The Leasing Consultant will be the first impression of the community, guiding prospective residents, building relationships with current residents and the team, and managing customer service, sales, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
