Leasing Consultant - Alternative Schedule

Weinstein PropertiesNashville, TN
Onsite

About The Position

Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, owns and manages over 60 apartment communities across Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. With over 70 years of family ownership and operation, the company's success is attributed to a hands-on approach and a focus on customer experience. This Leasing Consultant opportunity includes a $1,000 Sign On Bonus and will be based at either The Union or Bexley Stockyards in Nashville, TN. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the initial point of contact for the community, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and fostering strong relationships with current residents and your team. The role involves a blend of customer service, sales, and administrative duties, with comprehensive training and support provided. This is an active role, not a desk job, requiring engagement with prospects, property walks, and home inspections. Beyond sales, responsibilities include administrative tasks, addressing resident concerns, and contributing to property appearance. The position is part of a high-performing, collaborative team where commitment and results lead to recognition and promotion.
